This small town salon is giving back big to the community! Panache Aveda Concept Salon has been serving Nevada County since its inception in 1992. With its warm and inviting feel it is easy to see how people are drawn to Panache’s refreshing atmosphere. While there are many elements to this salon that draws clients in, Panache is more than just a business place; it’s a place where others are invited to give back to those in need.
Panache has been a proud supporter of Locks of Love, a non-profit that takes donations of hair to weave into wigs for children suffering from long term medical hair loss. This support is shown by the salons owner, Kimette Neufeld, providing free haircuts to anyone willing to donate ten inches of hair to the organization.
“I love that my business is a place where people can come in relax, and get an excellent haircut. But they can also give back, all at the same time. There’s something to be said about that” said Neufeld.
